Maruti shoes are simple but significant: clean designs, striking fashion prints and high-quality leathers.

Maruti’s roots lie in the Netherlands; in rural Weert, to be precise, surrounded by fields and water. Our shoe design is impelled by the passion for beautiful shoes and the excitement of working with new materials.


DESIGN AND QUALITY

Every season we experiment with different techniques to develop new materials to make a trend our own. Because we work with natural materials, different painting techniques and experimental washings, not one pair is exactly the same. This makes each Maruti product unique.

Our mission is simple: we “just” want to make beautiful shoes. Both in design and quality.


ANIMAL AND FASHION PRINTS

The ‘Gimlet’: a minimalistic lady’s shoe made from cow hair with a statement print, named after the cocktail of the sophisticated twenties. As well as the successful animal prints, each season we add more and more fashion prints to the collection: storm splashes, metallic drops and cute little dots. Since 2014 the Gimlet is also available for the little girls and the printed cow hair family got extended with the Blizz sneaker and slip-ons.


PERFECT FIT

We have developed a lightweight technology that provides a supple and comfortable completion to the foot. For ladies we happily introduced the ‘perfect fit’ pumps: an enormously high heel which provides more stability and wearing comfort. You have to try it to believe it!


SMILING SOLES

We work with special washing machines to try out new washings for our men shoes. Just as you throw your socks into the wash at home, so do we throw leather shoes into the wash in order to make them extra comfy. As a result: more supple leather with a vintage look and our so-called upwards smiling sole.
