Nichole de Carle London is an innovative luxury lingerie brand challenging immediate perceptions of style within the intimates market. Quintessentially British, the designer Nichole de Carle uses her rich cultural heritage as an artisan to define the brands commitment to and love of beautifully crafted lingerie. With inspiration sourced from the world of art, literature and iconic architecture, Nichole de Carle London is the embodiment of design and fine craftsmanship. By using only the finest fabrics available and with an exquisite attention to detail, each piece evokes the brands passion for the craft by delivering intimates that exude feminine strength, beauty, seductiveness, wit and sophistication.
Nichole de Carle launched her career within the luxury lingerie market after graduating with a First Class Honors from the World‐renowned Contour Design course at De Montfort University in England. Nichole specialised in body contour and fit within lingerie, swimwear, corsetry and bridal wear, skills that later secured her positions at Alexandra McQueen, Donna Karen and Pleasure State. Inspired by McQueen’s creativity and enthusiasm for high‐end design, it was her time spent at his design house that ultimately motivated her to amalgamate couture design with the intimates sector under her own
label.
Founded in 2008, the brand started life as a British handcrafted bespoke lingerie service for private clients through which she gained an international following of loyal and regular patrons. Branching out from her initial success with bespoke services, the brand debuted their ready‐to‐wear lingerie collections Onyx and Opal. 2012 marks the launch of the brands debut luxury capsule swim range Serpentine. Designed in recognition of the London 2012 Olympic Games, Serpentine is comprised of six key looks inspired by the World of art that compliment the brands existing lingerie pieces. The collection epitomises the glamour and luxury of the brand and further cements Nichole de Carle London’s strong inspirational ties with iconic architecture, art and literature. Serpentine will transform the Nichole de Carle London woman; elevating her from boudoir beauty to beach babe.
Each Nichole de Carle London collection is designed and developed in London reinforcing the brands ethically aware products. Only the finest silks and laces are used within the lingerie pieces whilst Serpentine is the first Nichole de Carle London collection to use Eurojerseys innovative Sensitive® Fabrics in its design. Developed within Eurojerseys green programme, the Italian made Sensitive® Fabrics have become a leading eco‐sustainable brand achieving significant results and certifications in energy saving initiatives. Having bespoke clients in far reaching parts of the world, Nichole will travel to them if they are unable to visit the brands London atelier and showroom. Lingerie is designed and tailored to the specific desires of the client whilst maintaining the strong signature of Nichole de Carle London. The brand takes pride in its devout level of personal service and uncompromising attention to client needs, a trait shared with only a handful of other businesses that are leading the way in terms of these qualities.
As a patriotic celebration of the Olympic Games coming to Great Britain, Nichole de Carle London put together an exclusive calendar for 2012 in aid of the charity Wellbeing of Women featuring some of the female athletes representing Britain in this years Olympics. The young women chosen were sourced from a range of sporting disciplines and included the likes of synchro swim captain Jenna Randall, Rosie Morris, Francesca Snell, Imogen Cairns, Katy Livingston, Holly Avil and Jess Walker who all form part of Team GB.
